By ordering a commission from Spectral Ashwood, you acknowledge and agree to the following Terms of Service (TOS):

• Commissions are started only after payment is received.

• Payments are received through this site only, unless we are doing a particularly custom order, where payment will then be accepted through PayPal.

• Spectral Ashwood owns the copyright to all of my illustrations and designs, however the client and only the client will also have privilege to reproduce the works in limited fashion.

• Works created by Spectral Ashwood are not permitted for commercial use unless otherwise negotiated between client and artist.

• By ordering a commission with Spectral Ashwood, the client permits Spectral Ashwood to add the completed work to their social media sites and portfolio on this site, unless otherwise negotiated between client and artist.

• When ordering an illustration, clear references of the characters are required. There will be an opportunity to link images throughout multiple stages of the check out process.

• When ordering a custom design, please provide as many details and references as you can. The client will be consulted initially regarding desired direction and limit of creative liberty upon illustration or design.

• Custom designs of closed/original species can be made, with design guide and proof of client's allowance/item to create.

• Work in progress images will be frequently shared. Majority of WIPs will be shared during the sketch stage or mock up stages. WIPs will usually be shared at the beginning and/or ending of each drawing stage.

• Custom designs cannot be sold for higher than purchased unless additional paid art has been added to them.

• The turnaround time is a few weeks up to two months. Ideally commissions are completed within a month, however the client will be contacted in regards to changes to turnaround time.

• Spectral Ashwood aims to respond to queries and clients as quickly as possible, however the business is operated within the AEST/AEDT time zones, and replies can take time.

• Refunds can be processed during the sketching/mock up stage, however once line art has been started, refunds are no longer available.
